Made in the USA with Tennessee grown cotton. Ring-spun and rope-dyed in Japan with natural indigo. Woven on vintage shuttle looms to create a 16-ounce right-hand twill, a Double RL exclusive. Selvedge structure inspired by 1930s denim. Finished by hand following a process that involves up to 50 manufacturing phases with professional tools and techniques.
