Prices and Currency
All prices shown on bluemarlinroma.com are in Euro. Any payment made through virtual services and methods (Credit Card and Paypal), in another currency than the Euro will be processed at the current exchange rate.
The conditions governing the use of the payment methods available on bluemarlinroma.com are described below
- Credit Card: once the payment data entry phase has been reached, the customer is redirected to a dedicated session belonging to a protected electronic banking system. This service is provided by Shopify (Shopify Payments), in compliance with all regulations regarding security and privacy. It is possible to make purchases with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. The service also offers the possibility to pay through other virtual methods (including G-PAY, Apple Pay, Giropay, SEPA) depending on the qualification provided by Blue Marlin. Blue Marlin reserves the right to wait for the verification of the authenticity of any transaction through Stripe, before shipping the purchased items.
- Paypal: through the use of the Paypal method, the customer has the opportunity to use their Paypal account (or if necessary to create it during payment). Blue Marlin reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
- Cash on delivery: by using the Cash on delivery method, the customer can pay the cost of the order directly to the Courier (UPS) upon delivery. The total cost of the order will be charged an additional 5 € to be paid directly to the courier.
Once you have completed an order, this can be one of the following states:
- Pending Revision
- Delivered (Delivered)
- Returned (Refunded)
You can check the status of your order either by accessing your personal account on bluemarlinroma.com, or by clicking on the confirmation email you received when you completed your order. The status of the shipment can be tracked directly from the courier portal (UPS) by clicking on the link in the email confirmation of the shipment.
All promotional codes received through newsletters, social networks or affiliate websites can be entered during checkout in a special field. Each code has a start date and an end date by which it can be used. With regard to the codes expressly created for a particular customer, they may not in any way be transferred. In this sense, authentication is required before using a dedicated code.
All shipments are made through the UPS courier. In some circumstances (International Shipping and Disadvantaged Areas) the courier may use delivery partners.
Shipments are only guaranteed in the areas and countries expressly indicated on bluemarlinroma.com. Purchase requests from countries not present must be evaluated in advance, by sending an email to email@example.com.
The delivery of orders placed on bluemarlinroma.com takes place on average within 2/3 working days after shipment, for all shipments in Italy. For less-favoured areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days. For all international shipments, delivery times can range from a minimum of 2 working days to a maximum of 15/18 working days. Delivery times may be delayed during public holidays.
In case of delays or blockages due to customs controls or force majeure Blue Marlin cannot be held responsible.
The traceability of all shipments made is guaranteed by the tracking number entered in the email sent to the customer at the time of shipment. Where possible, all updates related to the status of the shipment will be sent to the customer (by email or SMS).
Delivery and delivery
Upon delivery of the package, the customer is invited, in the presence of the courier, to carefully check the integrity of the envelope, in order to verify that there has been damage to the internal content or tampering of any kind.
The customer is obliged to check that the sender of the shipment is: F.A. & CO. SRL.
If the package does not comply with the standards described above, please contact Blue Marlin customer service immediately through the dedicated channels. Any claim regarding damage, failure or delivery to incorrect addresses must be received by Blue Marline no later than 15 days after the date of delivery. Otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Blue Marlin and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered due to reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, always missing recipient, incorrect phone number, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs, COD costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
All shipments made for the delivery of items purchased on bluemarlinroma.com are insured through special plans offered by the courier (UPS).
It is possible to make the return (total or partial) within and no later than 15 days from the date of delivery. To make the return it is necessary to follow the instructions given in the appropriate document inside the package and fill in the form in all its fields.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned items have been properly packaged and entrusted to a reliable service (courier). Where present, the original packaging, the seals of guarantee and autencity of the garment must be maintained, and in the case of accessories and footwear, the items must be delivered in the original box.
Blue Marlin reserves the right not to accept the return of items that do not comply with the rules described in the General Conditions and in the return document received upon delivery.
Products and Images
bluemarlinroma.com declines all responsibility for the possibility of different rendition, in terms of colors, of the images compared to the actual articles, due to specific configurations of the consultation device and / or its malfunctions.
