When will my order be shipped?
We process orders from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00, excluding public holidays in Italy. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery time:
DHL in Italy 1-3 working days, Europe, Rest of the World 3-6 working days.
UPS in Italy 1-3 working days, Europe, Rest of the World 3-6 working days.
How can I request a return?
It is possible to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, on the page indicated here , the package must be returned within 14 days following acceptance of the return. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email at the address used for the purchase. For the change of size or coupon to spend online, the return is always free in Italy.
When is the discount code valid?
Discount Codes cannot be combined and are not valid on items on sale and on products where "products excluded from any promotion" appears.
