Shippings and Returns

All shipments are made through the UPS courier. In some circumstances (International Shipping and disadvantaged areas) the courier could use partners for delivery.


Shipments are guaranteed only in the areas and countries expressly indicated on Purchase requests from countries not present must be evaluated in advance by sending an email to

For shipments to non-EU countries it is specified that customs duties are charged to the customer/recipient.

Delivery time

The delivery of orders placed on takes place on average within 2/3 working days from the shipment, for all shipments in Italy. For remote areas or islands, delivery can be delayed up to 7 working days. For all international shipments, delivery times can range from a minimum of 2 working days to a maximum of 15/18 working days. Delivery times may be delayed on the occasion of holidays.

In case of delays and or blocks due to customs controls or force majeure, Blue Marlin cannot be held responsible.


The traceability of all shipments made is guaranteed by the tracking number inserted in the email sent to the customer at the time of shipment. Where possible, all updates related to the shipment status will be sent to the customer (via email or text message).


Upon delivery of the package, the customer is invited, in the presence of the courier, to carefully check the integrity of the packaging, in order to verify that there has been damage to the internal contents or tampering of any kind.

The customer is obliged to check that the sender of the shipment is: F.A. & CO. SRL.

In the event that the package does not comply with the standards described above, immediately contact Blue Marlin customer service, through the dedicated channels. Any dispute regarding damages, shortages or deliveries to wrong addresses must reach Blue Marline no later than 15 days from the delivery date. Otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Blue Marlin and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, shipping costs, cash on delivery costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.


All shipments made for the delivery of items purchased on are insured through special plans offered by the courier (UPS).


It is possible to make a return request (total or partial) no later than 15 days from the date of delivery. The consumer is required to return the goods no later than 15 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract.

You can decide whether to obtain refund on the original payment method, receive a coupon code to spend in the online store (with a value of 5% more than your spending) or obtain a size exchange.

Free returns are guaranteed in Italy, only on requests for size exchange or issue of a voucher (coupon), for all other return requests shipping costs are charged to the customer. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer only in the case of a return with refund, and will be subtracted from the value of the refund itself.

Once the return request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please make sure that the packaging is intact and tightly closed and that the items have their original tags and guarantee seal (intact and firmly attached to the garment).
Apply the waybill of return that you will find in the package,if you want to take advantage of our service, which is chargeable at a cost of 9 €, and send the item, to book over the phone the pickup by the courier, below are the phone numbers:

It is also possible to drop them off at a courier collection point.

You can send the package back with any other courier of your choice, but at that point booked and paid for directly by you.

For purchases made outside the national territory, the return shipment is at the expense and care of the customer . For return, address the item to:

Please ensure that all items you wish to return are correctly packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Returned items must have their original tags and warranty seals (intact and firmly attached to the item).

If you are returning shoes, the original packaging must be placed inside another protective box - Do not apply stickers or labels to the original packaging. Please note that returns should only be sent by a courier that guarantees traceability and insurance. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the package.

Blue Marlin reserves the right not to accept the return of items that do not comply with the rules described in the General Conditions.
