Shippings and Returns

All shipments are made through couriers DHL It is UPS. In some circumstances (international shipments and remote areas) the courier may use partners for delivery.

For shipments to i non-EU countries it is specified that i customs duties are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

Delivery time

Delivery of orders placed on occurs on average within 2/3 working days of shipment, for all shipments to Italy. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed up to 7 working days. For all international shipments, delivery times can range from a minimum of 2 working days to a maximum of 15/18 working days. Delivery times may be delayed during holidays.

In the event of delays and/or blockages due to customs controls or causes of force majeure, Blue Marlin cannot be held responsible. 


The traceability of all shipments made is guaranteed by the tracking number inserted in the email sent to the customer upon shipment. Where possible, all updates relating to the status of the shipment will be sent to the customer (via email or text message). 


Upon delivery of the package, the customer is invited, in the presence of the courier, to carefully check the integrity of the packaging, in order to verify that there has been damage to the internal contents or tampering of any kind. 

The customer is obliged to check that the sender of the shipment is: F.A. & CO. SRL.

In the event that the package does not comply with the standards described above, immediately contact Blue Marlin customer service, through the dedicated channels. Any dispute regarding damage, shortages or deliveries to incorrect addresses must be received by Blue Marlin & Co. no later than 15 days from the delivery date. Otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Blue Marlin and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs, mark costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.


All shipments made for delivery of items purchased on are insured through specific plans offered by the courier (UPS and DHL)


It is possible to request a return (total or partial) no later than 14 days from the delivery date. The consumer is required to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To proceed with the return we invite you CLICK ON THIS LINK. Enter your electronic mail address (e-mail) and the six-digit verification code that will be sent to you by email with which you can access your customer account. 

After logging into your account, find the order for which you want to return, if the order includes multiple items, choose which items you want to return, indicate the reason for the return and add a note for the shop then click on Request return

If your return request is accepted, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

To make a return simply send the item to:

Make sure that all the items you want to return are properly packaged, to avoid any damage during transport. The returned items must have the appropriate original tag and warranty seal (intact and well attached to the item).  

If you are returning Shoes, the original packaging must also be placed inside another protective box - Do not apply stickers or labels to the original packaging. Always carry out the return shipment only through a courier that guarantees tracking and insurance services. Returns will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. 

The refund will be made through the same payment method you used for the purchase, within 14 working days from the email confirming receipt of the package. 

Blue Marlin reserves the right not to accept returns of items that do not comply with the rules described in the General Conditions.
