Made in the USA with Tennessee grown cotton. The fabric is ring-spun and rope-dyed in Japan using specially produced natural indigo to give a pop of red-blue color. Worked on old wooden shuttle looms to create the 15.9 oz right herringbone twill, an RRL exclusive. Selvedge design inspired by 1930s denim jeans styles. Finished by hand following a process that involves up to 50 manufacturing phases with professional tools and techniques. Sanforized to reduce shrinkage.
