How can I make a return?
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, the unused goods can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned item must have the original tag and security tag attached, returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted. In order to proceed with the return, you are invited to carry out the guided procedure , click here . the return is charged to the customer.
How soon will I receive my refund?
The cost of the returned products will be refunded but not the original shipping cost, if any. As soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted, the refund will be made within 14 days, on the same payment method used for the purchase.
